Questions

What counts as a source?

Anything that shows what the product or service actually does: the live interface, a recording or transcript, an automated test, a design export, a screenshot or another document. More than one source is better than one. When two disagree, a third can settle which is right.

Do you use AI?

A model can read prose into structured steps because deciding where one instruction ends and the next begins is a language problem. It never decides whether two things agree. Deterministic code makes that judgment. Every reading is recorded and reused, model-contributed findings are labelled, and a model can only add a finding, never remove one.

What is recorded when we approve a finding?

A timestamped, hash-verified record: the page version, the source version, a content hash of both, who approved it and when. That gives you a tamper-evident history of what was verified and against what.

Does Prime certify regulatory compliance?

No. Prime checks material against the regulatory controls, policies and brand rules you provide. It can show what is covered, missing or inconsistent and preserve the review record. Certification and legal conclusions remain with your qualified reviewers and auditors.
